I am from Rapid City, South Dakota and have resided in Salt Lake City for 24 years. I graduated from the University of Utah with a Master’s Degree in Special Education and have been teaching students with disabilities for 21 years. As a Special Educator, I work to ensure teachers are supported, parents are always included in the home-school team connection, and students are progressing to the best of their educational ability as well as enjoying learning at school.  When I am not at work, I enjoy biking and other sports activities, socializing with friends, and most of all, spending time with my two children who are my pride and joy.
