My name is Chloe Boulay, and I could not be more excited to be joining the Ascent Academy team! Growing up in Salt Lake, I attended West High where I developed my passion for art in the International Baccalaureate program. I then graduated from the University of Puget Sound with a double major in Fine Arts and Spanish, and have spent my time since then working as an artist, art teacher and veterinary assistant in Salt Lake. 

I have two dogs and a cat at home, and spend most of my free time reading, gardening and making as much art as I can! I am continually inspired by the outdoors and spend as much time as possible exploring, both at home and abroad. 

The amazing teachers that I had in elementary school and beyond are what inspired me to become a teacher myself, and I can’t wait to share my passions with my students! I hope to help my students aspire to be whatever they want to be, go wherever they want to go, and most of all succeed in our ever changing world.
